Bioethics & Medical Malpratice (LAW 868)

This course includes an in depth look at a number of important bioethics issues, including end of life decisionmaking, advance directives, abortion, cloning, genetics, surrogate parenting, physician assisted suicide, and organ donation and transplantation. It also explores medical malpractice as a tool for enforcing the appropriate standard of health care. This is a paper course. It may be used to satisfy the ULWR.
