A. They exist only for the purposes of this problem.

Q. Should 42 U.S.C. 6935(a) read 6925(a)?

A. Yes.

Q. Should 33 U.S.C. 1352(7) & (12) read 1362(7) & (12)?

A. Yes.

Q. Should 40 CFR 262.2 read 261.2?

A. Yes.

Q. Is the statute RCRA or SWDA?

A. As originally enacted it was the SWDA. It was completely overhauled in 1976, when the regulatory program for hazardous waste was added. The 1976 amendments were contained in the RCRA. The whole statute now is commonly called RCRA.

Q. Does Neighborhood Against Golf v. Recreation Enterprises exist?

A. Only for the purposes of this Competition.
