Examination Period Planning Procedures
Office of Responsibility: Dean for Students, ext. 4146
Planning for Law School examination periods will be coordinated by the Dean for Students, with the assistance of the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration, the Law Librarian and the Registrar. No later than the last week of October and the last week of March of each year, the Law Librarian and the Registrar will provide the Dean for Students with:
- Hours of operation of the library during the pre-examination and examination periods;
- Study room availability in Aloysia, the Classroom Building and Preston Hall during the pre-examination and examination periods.
The Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration will take responsibility for the preparation of "Pace Students Only" signage for the various public study areas in the Law School complex.
The Dean for Students will plan for the hours of operation of the cafeteria and shuttle service during the pre-examination and examination periods.
The Dean for Students will also produce an information sheet outlining all of this information and will communicate this to students no later than November 1st and April 1st of each year via:
- Posting of hard copies on the tripod notice boards; and
- Email posting.
