Adjunct Professor Charles Martin Arnold is the managing partner of Lerner, Arnold & Winston, LLP. His practice is devoted to the representation of plaintiffs in serious personal injury matters. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as well as the New York State Bar Association Trial Lawyers section. He has tried numerous civil cases to verdict in State and Federal court. He has a BA in Politics and Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University in 1992 and a JD from Brooklyn Law School in 1995.
