Megan J. Joplin is an Assistant Regional Attorney at the Department of Environmental Conservation, Region II. She began working for the Department in 2006, initially in Region I, where she handled the enforcement and permit litigation of tidal wetland and fishery matters. She now works as the water attorney for the region.    

Megan is a graduate of Pace Law School, where she earned a Certificate in Environmental Law. She is also a graduate of Arizona State University, where she was an Honors College Invitee. She is a member of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
