Terence McLaughlin

Terry McLaughlin is a partner in the Litigation Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.  Terry’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in both federal and state courts across the country, with a particular emphasis on litigation arising out of business restructurings and reorganizations.  Terry also frequently advises clients on compliance and anti-corruption issues.  Terry has served as trial counsel to sophisticated clients in a wide range of industries including financial services, private equity, hedge funds, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, retail, cable and telecommunications, technology and media (among others).  Terry earned his JD, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review, and his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.
