Timothy J. Kelly is a partner at McCarter & English, LLP, resident in the firm’s New York City office. Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property law including trademark, unfair competition, and false advertising law, as well as in pharmaceutical and consumer products patent litigation.
