Victor Tafur

(Energy and Natural Resources Law)

After completing his Masters in Environmental Law at Pace, Professor Tafur served as a staff attorney at Pace Law School's Energy Project and later joined the legal team at Riverkeeper, Inc. Professor Tafur is currently litigating energy-related cases that affect the Hudson River and surrounding communities. At the Energy Project, he represented environmental and community interests in proceedings involving the siting of energy facilities in New York State and was responsible for research on energy policy and climate change. Immediately prior to joining Pace, Professor Tafur served as Deputy Director of the Program for Alternative Development of the Presidency of Colombia. Professor Tafur is now completing his doctorate in environmental law at Pace.
