Public Interest Programs Offered at Pace
In addition to courses specifically geared to practicing in the area of public interest, Pace offers a comprehensive program of clinical education directed by one of the country’s top clinical professors and taught by full-time, tenured, and tenure-track faculty located at the Law School. Among a stellar roster of direct client representation clinics. Pace boasts the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, a model for similar clinics across the country, the Securities Arbitration Clinic, representing small investors in their claims against brokers, and the Prosecution of Domestic Violence Clinic which serves a misdemeanor unit of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
