In this course, students will receive the first segment of NYS court mandated mediation certification training, as required under Part 146. Students will work under the instruction of the professor, and alongside attorneys in the community, in mediation simulations and negotiation exercises.
Open only to students enrolled in the Mediation Practicum and with permission of the professor.
