Carol Barry was an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the New York County District Attorney’s Office for eight years under Robert M. Morgenthau, where she prosecuted cases involving domestic violence, drug sales, sex crimes and assaults. She also was the Supervising Assistant District Attorney for Pace Law School’s Prosecution of Domestic Violence Clinic in which students handled domestic violence cases from arrest through trial/disposition under a Student Practice Order. She has been supervising and teaching the Prosecutorial Externship Program at Pace since 1996 and the Honors Prosecution Externship Program since 2007.
