Kapila Juthani

Kapila Juthani counsels students and alumni on various practices of law and potential career options, assesses their professional goals and interests, assists with identifying internships and permanent employment, conducts mock interviews, and critiques resumes and cover letters.  Kapila began her legal career as a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and Washington, D.C.  Kapila then served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for Regulations at the Transportation Security Administration, drafting and reviewing regulations, privacy documents, legal opinions, and Memoranda of Understanding, ensuring compliance with the administrative and privacy laws governing federal rulemaking.  Most recently, Kapila worked as a Legal Writing Coach for Rosky Legal Education LLC, providing individual and group legal-writing instruction to practicing attorneys and law students.  Kapila earned her B.A. in American Studies from Yale University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
